教育目標 Course Target
商業數據分析課程重點在於數據分析加產業理解。著重於商業領域的資料分析與應用,除了商業數據分析學理模式介紹與相關軟體介紹與實作外,更重視培養學生建立結果的管理意涵與商業應用情境辨別之能力,希望學生能夠學會如何掌握來源資料、善用工具進行分析建立數位儀表板,並且熟悉商業報表製作實務(例如:統計、比較、關聯),幫助學生降低學職轉換痛點。
The business data analysis course focuses on data analysis plus industry understanding. It focuses on data analysis and application in the business field. In addition to the introduction of business data analysis academic models and the introduction and implementation of related software, it also pays more attention to cultivating students' ability to establish the management implications of results and identify business application scenarios. It is hoped that students can learn how to master source data, make good use of tools for analysis and build digital dashboards, and be familiar with business report production practices (such as statistics, comparisons, correlations), helping students reduce the pain points of academic career transition.
課程概述 Course Description
藉由企業雇主訪談及國貿系系實習學生回饋建議,若要提升學生就業準備,除了國貿相關專業知識養成之外,可加強商業數據分析與洞察數據背後管理意涵之能力建構。特別是剛進入公司,當老闆或主管要求員工提供各產品品項的銷售表現、促銷活動的結案報告、人事資料或是當月業績概況時,該如何進行資料收集、清洗、整理、分析及提出具體報告與建議事項是許多社會新鮮人臨的大挑戰。此外,資訊科技發展浪潮下,各行各業對於商業數據分析人才日漸重視,商業數據分析能力已是商管人才不可或缺之重要能力。
數位時代下,大數據分析日益重要,但是對企業而言,日常營運數據分析亦不可忽視,特別是中小企業,在沒有專屬的資訊程式撰寫與統計分析人力下,會應用商業數據分析工具(例如EXCEL分析工具箱、Power Pivot、Power View)並具產業領域知識的專業人才更顯重要。因此,本課程,希望透過多數企業均可取得且具普及度高之EXCEL分析工具入門,由老師帶領學生循序漸進學習,而後輔以可以處理大數據之R軟體入門教學,同時強化學生後的商業價值,進而提高工作效率與就業競爭力。未來有志成為資料科學家的同學們在本課程培育基礎下,後續可以選擇其他大數據分析課程。

Based on interviews with corporate employers and feedback from intern students in the Department of International Trade, in order to improve students’ employment readiness, in addition to developing professional knowledge related to international trade, they can also strengthen their ability to analyze business data and gain insight into the management implications behind the data. Especially when they first join a company, when the boss or supervisor requires employees to provide sales performance of various product items, completion reports of promotional activities, personnel information or monthly performance overview, how to collect, clean, organize, analyze and make specific reports and suggestions for data is a big challenge faced by many freshmen in society. In addition, with the development of information technology, all walks of life are paying more and more attention to business data analysis talents. Business data analysis ability has become an indispensable and important ability for business management talents.
In the digital era, big data analysis is increasingly important, but for enterprises, daily operational data analysis cannot be ignored. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, which do not have dedicated information programming and statistical analysis manpower, professionals who can apply business data analysis tools (such as EXCEL analysis toolbox, Power Pivot, Power View) and have industry domain knowledge are even more important. Therefore, this course hopes to introduce students to the EXCEL analysis tool that is available in most companies and is highly popular. The teacher will lead students to learn step by step, and then supplement it with introductory teaching on R software that can process big data. At the same time, it will strengthen the business value of students, thereby improving work efficiency and employment competitiveness. Students who aspire to become data scientists in the future can choose other big data analysis courses based on the training in this course.
