國際貿易實務每一步驟皆有相關的單證，本課程除讓學生熟悉基層貿易人員必須知道之國際貿易市場開發、交易磋商的進行程序、貨物的製造、檢驗及公證、國際會展產業及台灣會展產業發展現況、進出口結匯之外，還要了解單證名稱、格式、作用，看懂每種貿易單證的內容，並能快速而正確地製作各式貿易單證。包括：報價單(Quotation Sheet)、訂貨(Order)、簽約契約書(Contract)、信用狀(L/C)、輸出／入許可證(Export/Import Permit)、裝運單(Shipping Order)與提單(Bill of Lading)、保險單(Insurance Policy)、押匯商業發票(Commercial Invoice)、包裝單(Packing List)等。

Each step of international trade practice has relevant documents. In addition to familiarizing students with international trade market development, the procedures for transaction negotiation, the manufacturing, inspection and notarization of goods, the current development status of the international convention and exhibition industry and Taiwan's convention and exhibition industry, and import and export settlement, which grassroots trade personnel must know, this course also allows students to understand the name, format, and function of documents, understand the content of each trade document, and be able to quickly and correctly produce various trade documents. Including: Quotation Sheet, Order, Contract, Letter of Credit (L/C), Export/Import Permit, Shipping Order and Bill of Lading, Insurance Policy, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.

台灣乃一海島型經濟國家，島內天然資源貧乏，故經濟之發展需仰賴對外貿易之擴張加以彌補。國際貿易實務，乃為對外貿易廠商訓練業務經營人才而設立之預備作業基礎學習的科目。透過本科目之學習，了解並熟悉貿易操作技巧，使同學日後就業時更能得心應手。

Taiwan is an island economy country with limited natural resources. Therefore, economic development must rely on the expansion of foreign trade to make up for it. International trade practice is a basic course of preparatory work established to train business management talents for foreign trade manufacturers. Through the study of this subject, students can understand and become familiar with trade operation skills, so that students can be more comfortable in their future employment.
