本課程將搭配企業管理系畢業專題或是實際競賽進行,參與課程的學生需要進行專題翻轉學習。
藉由手把手實戰方式,透過翻轉創效學習策略培養同學,學會不僅是細枝末節的知識與技能,而是要學會轉型創新與開創事業的方法,站在制高點思考各種問題並預見未來,並且具備有動手做的能力(眼高手黑的能耐)。面對瞬息萬變的未來與社會環境快速變遷,學習「新叢林法則」,學習探索轉型創新與商業模式設計,藉由實際參與主題場域之轉型創新與創業專題,學習創新轉型與精實創業相關理論並結合互動式個案教學、實務演講、專案實作與實務競賽,培養同學能辨識市場機會、掌握創新轉型策略與經營模式分析與設計能力,了解企業營運模式與轉型創新的基本知識,解決可能遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。
課程特色: 1. 學習方式採翻轉創效教學策略,直接手把手實戰,進行實務專題的行動,藉由資源擴展與反思,學習轉型創新與創業的相關理論與實際的方法。 2. 知識學習:掌握「創新轉型」「商業模式設計」「創新與創業實作」重點議題之發展。 3.理論學習與實務演練並進。 4.跨領域與業師團隊互動。This course will be conducted with the Enterprise Management System graduation topic or actual competition.
