本課程將搭配企業管理系畢業專題或是實際競賽進行，參與課程的學生需要進行專題翻轉學習。
藉由手把手實戰方式，透過翻轉創效學習策略培養同學，學會不僅是細枝末節的知識與技能，而是要學會轉型創新與開創事業的方法，站在制高點思考各種問題並預見未來，並且具備有動手做的能力(眼高手黑的能耐)。面對瞬息萬變的未來與社會環境快速變遷，學習「新叢林法則」，學習探索轉型創新與商業模式設計，藉由實際參與主題場域之轉型創新與創業專題，學習創新轉型與精實創業相關理論並結合互動式個案教學、實務演講、專案實作與實務競賽，培養同學能辨識市場機會、掌握創新轉型策略與經營模式分析與設計能力，了解企業營運模式與轉型創新的基本知識，解決可能遭遇的困難與挑戰，進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神，開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。


課程特色: 1. 學習方式採翻轉創效教學策略，直接手把手實戰，進行實務專題的行動，藉由資源擴展與反思，學習轉型創新與創業的相關理論與實際的方法。 2. 知識學習：掌握「創新轉型」「商業模式設計」「創新與創業實作」重點議題之發展。 3.理論學習與實務演練並進。 4.跨領域與業師團隊互動。

This course will be conducted in conjunction with the Department of Business Management’s graduation project or actual competition. Students participating in the course need to conduct flipped learning on the topic.
Through hands-on practical methods and flipped learning strategies, students are trained to learn not only detailed knowledge and skills, but also methods of transformation, innovation and career creation, to think about various problems from a commanding height and foresee the future, and to have the ability to do things by hand (the ability to have a good eye and a dark hand). Faced with the ever-changing future and rapid changes in the social environment, learn the "new law of the jungle" and learn to explore transformation innovation and business model design. By actually participating in transformation innovation and entrepreneurship topics in the theme field, you can learn the relevant theories of innovation transformation and lean entrepreneurship, combined with interactive case teaching, practical lectures, and project implementation. Through the practical competition, students can identify market opportunities, master innovative transformation strategies and business model analysis and design capabilities, understand the basic knowledge of corporate operating models and transformation innovation, and solve possible difficulties and challenges, thereby stimulating learners' innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and developing the momentum for potential new businesses in the future.
