近年來，氣候變遷與永續發展浪潮高漲，企業經營面臨新型態挑戰，創新被視為解決人類永續發展挑戰的關鍵。本課程將以環境問題與社會責任背景為基礎，讓學生瞭解與洞察永續發展的問題，培養學生在管理與企業經營思維基礎上，能夠納入永續觀點。本課程主要目的為協助學生了解企業永續、創新與營運間的因果關係，探討企業如何藉由創新邁向永續轉型，培養跨領域的永續創新營運的管理技能。

課程將從跨域著力，涵蓋三個主要主題：
1. 永續發展挑戰與機會：從氣候挑戰出發，延伸至社會責任的勞工問題，同時描述聯合國永續發展目標(UN SDGs)，點出永續年代如何對於企業產生衝擊，以及帶來商業機會，回歸「企業是解決永續發展問題的關鍵者」。
2. 創新與永續營運模式：創新管理或服務模式，甚至是行為改變，都是一種新型態的營運模式，也是解決永續發展問題的驅動力。課程中探討採用永續創新營運的企業，如何藉由創新的營運模式，解決永續問題，同時為公司帶來商機，建立共享價值的經營模式。
3. 個案分析與報告：透過個案讓學生在不同的永續問題與創新管理中，思辨如何建立永續創新營運的模式。

In recent years, the tide of climate change and sustainable development has surged, and business operations have faced new challenges. Innovation is regarded as the key to solving the challenges of sustainable development of mankind. This course will be based on the background of environmental issues and social responsibility, allowing students to understand and gain insight into the issues of sustainable development, and train students to incorporate sustainable perspectives on the basis of management and business thinking. The main purpose of this course is to help students understand the cause-and-effect relationship between corporate sustainability, innovation and operations, explore how companies can move towards sustainable transformation through innovation, and cultivate cross-domain management skills for sustainable innovative operations.

The course will have a cross-domain focus and cover three main topics:
1. Sustainable development challenges and opportunities: Starting from the climate challenge, it extends to labor issues of social responsibility. It also describes the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), points out how the sustainable era will impact enterprises, and brings business opportunities, returning to "enterprises are the key to solving sustainable development issues."
2. Innovation and sustainable operating model: Innovative management or service models, or even behavioral changes, are a new type of operating model and a driving force for solving sustainable development issues. The course explores how companies that adopt sustainable innovation operations can solve sustainability problems through innovative operating models, while bringing business opportunities to the company and establishing a shared value operating model.
3. Case analysis and reports: Through cases, students can think about how to establish a sustainable innovation operation model in different sustainability issues and innovation management.
