本課程目標藉由授課，實務實例說明，個案討論，情境模擬與專題報告的綜合學習方式，加強同學對企業經營實務統整學習了解，並深入了解企業各功部門如何互動運作。此外，對於企業內溝通能力與技巧，加強以實例增進學習效果。有鑑於科技資訊系統對企業經營的重要性，本課程將以國際知名跨國半導體公司的營運與資訊系統為例,協助同學了解如何透過資訊系統提升經營效能，並了解跨國企業的企業文化與運作模式。根據以上的學習，最後將加強創業的專業學習與模擬，分組選定創業項目並撰寫創業計畫書與現場報告. 本課程並且加強企業倫理與公司治理的正確觀念，為日後事業經營做好準備。本課程著重課堂討論，無法保持高出席率者勿選，成績評量採用現場報告方式須全組到齊，缺席者不予計分。

The goal of this course is to enhance students' integrated learning and understanding of corporate business practices through a comprehensive learning method of lectures, practical examples, case discussions, situation simulations and special reports, and to gain an in-depth understanding of how various functional departments of an enterprise interact and operate. In addition, regarding communication abilities and skills within the enterprise, examples are used to enhance the learning effect. In view of the importance of technological information systems to corporate operations, this course will take the operations and information systems of internationally renowned multinational semiconductor companies as examples to help students understand how to improve operational efficiency through information systems and understand the corporate culture and operating models of multinational corporations. Based on the above learning, you will finally strengthen professional learning and simulation of entrepreneurship, select entrepreneurial projects in groups, and write business plans and on-site reports. This course also strengthens the correct concepts of corporate ethics and corporate governance to prepare for future business operations. This course focuses on classroom discussions. Those who cannot maintain a high attendance rate are not allowed to take the course. Performance evaluation uses on-site reporting and requires the entire group to be present. No points will be scored for absentees.
