Self-exploration and Career Planning
教育目標 Course Target
本課程奠基於企管系既有的人力資源管理課程，透過性格及職能量表，認識個人的潛質與職業配適，藉由履歷及面試工作坊，強化學生自我表達及自我展現的能力；亦適度安排現職工作者或人資主管的經驗分享，幫助了解百工百業的甘苦及人力供需現況，搭配參訪或競賽參與，希望協助學生自我探索，認識自己的優勢與職業傾向，並強化獨立思考及求職規劃的能力，以達成就業接軌。
（此課程非講授型課程，而是由學員提出需求，教師協助大家鏈結校內外資源，盡力達成目標，自主性與動機非常重要！）
This course is based on the existing human resources management course of the Department of Business Administration. It uses personality and function scales to understand personal potential and career suitability, and strengthens students' self-expression and self-presentation abilities through resume and interview workshops. It also appropriately arranges current workers or human resources Supervisors' experience sharing helps to understand the ups and downs of various industries and the current situation of manpower supply and demand. Combined with visits or participation in competitions, it is hoped to help students explore themselves, understand their own strengths and career tendencies, and strengthen their ability to think independently and job search planning, so as to achieve employment integration.
(This course is not a lecture-based course, but requires students to put forward their needs. The teacher helps everyone link up with resources inside and outside the school and try their best to achieve the goal. Autonomy and motivation are very important!)
