Self-exploration and Career Planning
教育目標 Course Target
本課程奠基於企管系既有的人力資源管理課程，透過性格及職能量表，認識個人的潛質與職業配適，藉由履歷及面試工作坊，強化學生自我表達及自我展現的能力；亦適度安排現職工作者或人資主管的經驗分享，幫助了解百工百業的甘苦及人力供需現況，搭配參訪或競賽參與，希望協助學生自我探索，認識自己的優勢與職業傾向，並強化獨立思考及求職規劃的能力，以達成就業接軌。
（此課程非講授型課程，而是由學員提出需求，教師協助大家鏈結校內外資源，盡力達成目標，自主性與動機非常重要！）
This course is based on the existing human resource management course in the Department of Business Management. Through personality and job energy tables, we can recognize personal potential and job matching. Through the performance and interview workshops, we can enhance students' ability to express themselves and self-express. We also arrange professional workers or personnel appropriately. The supervisor's experience sharing helps understand the joys and sorrows of all labor and labor supply and demand, and is accompanied by visits or competitions. We hope to help students explore themselves, recognize their own strengths and career trends, and strengthen their ability to think independently and seek job planning to achieve success.
(This course is not a teaching-oriented course, but is set up by the students. The teachers help everyone to link internal and external resources and strive to achieve the goal. Autonomy and motor are very important!)
