教育目標 Course Target
本課程經由對半導製程之實習，親自動手，務使學生兼具之半導體製程厚實基礎，再進而應用到半導體PN接面以及MOS元件製程之實驗。以培養半導體產業之相關人材。
This course provides students with a solid foundation in semiconductor manufacturing processes through hands-on internships in semiconductor manufacturing processes, and then applies them to experiments on semiconductor PN junctions and MOS device manufacturing processes. To cultivate talents related to the semiconductor industry.
