本課程旨在培養學生掌握資料處理與視覺化呈現的實務技能，內容涵蓋從資料整理、分析到動態報表設計的完整流程。前半學期聚焦於Microsoft Excel，以資料處理與分析為重點，從基礎操作、常用函數（計算、邏輯、查詢參照、日期時間、文字處理）的掌握，到進階的資料清理、驗證、圖表視覺化、內建分析工具箱及樞紐分析表的實戰演練，旨在建立紮實的數據處理與分析基礎。藉由期中與期末考試，檢視學生在資料整理與分析技能上的掌握度。
後半學期將引導學生進入資料視覺化領域，並進一步學習互動式報表製作技術。學生將透過商業智慧工具Power BI學習以視覺化資料表達資訊的技巧，內容涵蓋資料的匯入、轉換與清理、視覺化設計元素、報表與儀表板的建構、資料探索技巧以及DAX基礎函數應用。學期末以小組方式完成一個Power BI專案，綜合展示學習成果，培養學生實際應用資料分析與視覺化技術解決問題的能力。

This course aims to cultivate students' practical skills in data processing and visual presentation, and the content covers the complete process from data sorting and analysis to dynamic report design. The first half of the year focused on Microsoft Excel, focusing on data processing and analysis, from basic operations, common functions (calculation, logic, query reference, date and time, text processing), to advanced data cleaning, verification, chart visualization, built-in analysis toolbox and new analysis table practice, aiming to establish a solid foundation for data processing and analysis. Through mid-term and final exams, we examine students' mastery of data sorting and analysis skills.
In the second half of the year, students will be guided into the field of data visualization and further learn interactive report production techniques. Students will learn skills to visualize data expression through the business smart tool Power BI, which covers data import, conversion and cleaning, visual design elements, report and dashboard construction, data exploration skills, and DAX basic function data application. At the end of the study period, a Power BI project was completed in a group form, comprehensively demonstrated learning results, and cultivated students' ability to solve problems through actual application data analysis and visual technology.
