教育目標 Course Target

了解個種不同單元操作實際運作情況,由基本理論設計實驗方法,由實驗結果檢討理論與實際之差異
一、薄膜實驗 負責教師:林大溱 (辦公室CME113 )
  讓學生瞭解薄膜的分離原理,以及薄膜裝置的構造與操作方式,並探討影響薄膜分離效率之主要實驗變因。

二、熱交換實驗 負責教師:林正裕(辦公室CME208)
  探討套管式熱交換器之熱傳原理,並熟悉熱交換器之操作及控制方法,測定總包熱傳係數U,及熱傳效率。並決
  定熱傳係數及熱傳效率與雷諾數或流量之關係,同時觀察在順流及逆流之不同流動狀態下,熱傳校慮及熱傳係
  數之差異。

三、反應工程實驗 負責教師:萬傑豪(辦公室CME112)
  本實驗之主要目的是由批示反映器獲取醋酸乙烯之皂化反應數據,並用數學分析方式以獲得此反應之反應級數
  及其活化能。此皂化反應之轉化率及各化合物濃度由測量之電位值加以推算。

Understand the actual operation of different unit operations, design experimental methods based on basic theories, and review the differences between theory and practice based on experimental results
1. Thin film experiment Responsible teacher: Lin Daqin (Office CME113)
Let students understand the separation principle of membranes, the structure and operation of membrane devices, and explore the main experimental variables that affect membrane separation efficiency.

2. Heat Exchange Experiment Responsible Teacher: Lin Zhengyu (Office CME208)
Discuss the heat transfer principle of sleeve-type heat exchangers, become familiar with the operation and control methods of heat exchangers, and measure the total package heat transfer coefficient U and heat transfer efficiency. Decide jointly
Determine the relationship between heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer efficiency and Reynolds number or flow rate, and observe at the same time the heat transfer calibration and heat transfer system under different flow conditions of downstream and countercurrent.

3. Reaction Engineering Experiment Responsible teacher: Wan Jiehao (Office CME112)
The main purpose of this experiment is to obtain the saponification reaction data of vinyl acetate from the batch reactor, and to use mathematical analysis to obtain the reaction order of this reaction.
​ and its activation energy. The conversion rate of this saponification reaction and the concentration of each compound are estimated from the measured potential values.

本課程由學生自行尋找系內外恰當之指導老師做針對一個研究題目作與化工與材料之相關研究,以培養學生進行研究之初步能力。

This course requires students to find appropriate instructors inside and outside the department to conduct research on a research topic related to chemical engineering and materials, so as to cultivate students' preliminary research abilities.
