教育目標 Course Target
學生利用暑期期間至學術單位, 政府單位及私人企業進行實習, 提早學習職場經驗.
1. 鞏固理論與實務整合能力
培養學生將生命科學領域的專業知識應用於實務情境之能力，透過實地實習經驗，加深對相關產業運作、研究流程或生技應用的理解。
2. 強化職場與團隊合作技能
提升學生在實習期間的溝通、協作與解決問題的能力，增進其對職場文化、倫理與專業態度的認識與適應力。
3. 促進生涯探索與未來規劃
引導學生透過實習經驗進行自我反思與職涯探索，協助建立未來升學或就業方向之初步規劃。
Students use the summer vacation to practice in academic units, government units and private enterprises, and learn job experience in advance.
1. Integration ability of solid theory and practical
Cultivate students' ability to apply professional knowledge in the life science field to practical situations, and through practical experience, deepen their understanding of related industry operations, research processes or biotechnology applications.
2. Strengthen career and team cooperation skills
Improve students' ability to communicate, collaborate and solve problems during their practice period, and improve their understanding and adaptability of career culture, ethics and professional attitudes.
3. Promote career exploration and future planning
Guide students to reflect on themselves and career exploration through practical experience, and help establish preliminary plans for future advancement or career direction.
