目前高分子材料應用已跳脫傳統工業發展，因應功能性及特用高分子材料之發展，本課程將藉由系統化之教學內容，依據高分子化學合方法及高分子結構特性以深入淺出的方式讓學生能夠了解高分子材料在現代科技與日常生活所扮演的角色，尤其在於現今半導體封裝材料技術及高階電子絕緣與導電性材料應用原理。課程也將引用實用性生醫高分子材料文獻回顧搭配課程章節內容進行剖析說明，課程中也將透過分組的方式讓同學間在作業議題上能體驗群體討論的方法與合作以提升學習之興趣。讓有志於從高分子科學相關研究或生醫材料科技產業的同學能獲得更有系統性的學習與幫助。

At present, the application of polymer materials has skipped the development of traditional industrial development. Due to the development of functional and special polymer materials, this course will use the teaching content of systematics to provide students with in-depth and clear ways to understand the role of polymer materials in modern science and technology and daily life, especially in the current semiconductor packaging material technology and the application principles of high-level electronic insulating and conductive materials. The course will also quote the content of practical biological medical polymer materials and review the course rules for analysis and explanation. The course will also allow students to experience group discussion methods and cooperation in work topics through division to enhance learning interest. Students who are interested in research related to polymer science or technology industry in biomedical materials can receive more systematic learning and help.
