教育目標 Course Target

本課程指定幫助學生:

體認溝通的核心價值:透過系統性教學與個案分析,深刻理解有效溝通與語音表達在學術研究、職業發展及人際互動中的重要性。
掌握高效演說技巧:學習如何在有限的時間內(例如短短幾分鐘內)進行重點突出、結構清晰、條理分明的口腔報告與重要資訊分享。
汲取專家實戰智慧:跨越分區並分析不同領域專家學者的經驗分享,深入了解其準備演講的策略、濃縮資訊的方法以及臨場應對的技巧。
提升自信表達能力:培養學生獨立思考、組織演說內容,並能有條理且自信地在公眾面前進行有效表達與溝通。
二、課程內涵(課程內容)

溝通的原理與重要性(溝通的原則與重要性):

討論溝通的基本模式、要素及障礙。
分析有效溝通的關鍵特質,並利用實例強調其在傳遞知識和建立共識上的作用。
今晚有條理的演說(建構有組織的演講):

內容規劃:如何確定演講核心目的、分析受眾需求、篩選關鍵資訊。
結構設計:學習演講稿的經典鋪陳方式(如開場白、主題論述、結論總結),確保邏輯連貫、層次分明。
素材佐證:如何運用實例、數據、故事等元素來支持論點,並增強說服力。
精煉表達:數分鐘的藝術(The Art of Concise Expression in Minutes):

重點:訓練短時間內快速切入主題、提綱挈領的能力。
語言精煉:學習使用簡潔、精準且影響工具力的詞彙與句型。
語言非訊息:語氣、語速、停頓、肢體語言及知覺溝通在短時間演說中的有效運用。
專家學者經驗分享(專家學者的見解):

邀請來自不同專業背景的演講者,分享他們準備好的重要演講或在短時間內傳達複雜訊息的實戰經驗、挑戰與心得。
專題探討:如何針對不同聽眾調整演講內容與風格、如何有效運用輔助、如何處理問答環節等。
實戰演練與回饋機制(實際應用與回饋):

提供多次上台演練機會,讓學生實際應用所學技巧,進行有主題的短講。
建立建設性的同儕互評與導師指導機制,幫助學生發現盲點、持續精進表達能力。

This course is designed to help students:

Understand the core value of communication: Through systematic teaching and case analysis, gain a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication and speech expression in academic research, career development and interpersonal interaction.
Master effective speaking skills: Learn how to deliver focused, clearly structured, and coherent oral reports and share important information within a limited time (such as just a few minutes).
Learn from the practical wisdom of experts: cross divisions and analyze the experience sharing of experts and scholars in different fields, and gain an in-depth understanding of their speech preparation strategies, methods of condensing information, and on-the-spot coping skills.
Improve confident expression skills: Cultivate students to think independently, organize speech content, and be able to express and communicate effectively in public in an organized and confident manner.
2. Course connotation (course content)

The principles and importance of communication (the principles and importance of communication):

Discuss basic patterns, elements, and barriers to communication.
Analyze the key qualities of effective communication and use examples to highlight its role in transferring knowledge and building consensus.
Organized speech tonight (Constructing an organized speech):

Content planning: How to determine the core purpose of the speech, analyze audience needs, and filter key information.
Structural design: Learn the classic presentation methods of speeches (such as opening remarks, theme discussion, conclusion summary) to ensure logical coherence and clear hierarchy.
Material support: How to use examples, data, stories and other elements to support arguments and enhance persuasiveness.
Concise Expression in Minutes: The Art of Concise Expression in Minutes:

Focus: Train the ability to quickly cut into the topic and outline the main points in a short period of time.
Language refinement: Learn to use concise, precise and powerful vocabulary and sentence patterns.
Language other than the message: The effective use of tone, speed, pauses, body language, and perceptual communication in short-term speeches.
Experts and scholars’ experience sharing (experts and scholars’ opinions):

Speakers from different professional backgrounds are invited to share their practical experiences, challenges and insights on preparing important speeches or conveying complex messages in a short period of time.
Topic discussions: How to adjust speech content and style for different audiences, how to effectively use aids, how to handle question and answer sessions, etc.
Practical exercises and feedback mechanism (practical application and feedback):

Provide multiple opportunities for on-stage practice to allow students to actually apply the skills they have learned and deliver short lectures with a theme.
Establish a constructive peer review and mentor guidance mechanism to help students discover blind spots and continue to improve their expression skills.
