本課程指定幫助學生: 體認溝通的核心價值:透過系統性教學與個案分析,深刻理解有效溝通與語音表達在學術研究、職業發展及人際互動中的重要性。 掌握高效演說技巧:學習如何在有限的時間內(例如短短幾分鐘內)進行重點突出、結構清晰、條理分明的口腔報告與重要資訊分享。 汲取專家實戰智慧:跨越分區並分析不同領域專家學者的經驗分享,深入了解其準備演講的策略、濃縮資訊的方法以及臨場應對的技巧。 提升自信表達能力:培養學生獨立思考、組織演說內容,並能有條理且自信地在公眾面前進行有效表達與溝通。 二、課程內涵(課程內容) 溝通的原理與重要性(溝通的原則與重要性): 討論溝通的基本模式、要素及障礙。 分析有效溝通的關鍵特質,並利用實例強調其在傳遞知識和建立共識上的作用。 今晚有條理的演說(建構有組織的演講): 內容規劃:如何確定演講核心目的、分析受眾需求、篩選關鍵資訊。 結構設計:學習演講稿的經典鋪陳方式(如開場白、主題論述、結論總結),確保邏輯連貫、層次分明。 素材佐證:如何運用實例、數據、故事等元素來支持論點,並增強說服力。 精煉表達:數分鐘的藝術(The Art of Concise Expression in Minutes): 重點:訓練短時間內快速切入主題、提綱挈領的能力。 語言精煉:學習使用簡潔、精準且影響工具力的詞彙與句型。 語言非訊息:語氣、語速、停頓、肢體語言及知覺溝通在短時間演說中的有效運用。 專家學者經驗分享(專家學者的見解): 邀請來自不同專業背景的演講者,分享他們準備好的重要演講或在短時間內傳達複雜訊息的實戰經驗、挑戰與心得。 專題探討:如何針對不同聽眾調整演講內容與風格、如何有效運用輔助、如何處理問答環節等。 實戰演練與回饋機制(實際應用與回饋): 提供多次上台演練機會,讓學生實際應用所學技巧,進行有主題的短講。 建立建設性的同儕互評與導師指導機制,幫助學生發現盲點、持續精進表達能力。This course specifies to help students: The core value of physical communication: Through systematic teaching and case analysis, we can deeply understand the importance of effective communication and voice expression in academic research, professional development and human interaction. Master efficient speech skills: Learn how to share important oral reports and important information in a limited time (such as in just a few minutes). Drawing on expert combat wisdom: cross regions and analyze experience sharing of experts from different fields, and gain an in-depth understanding of their strategies for preparing speeches, methods for reducing information, and skills that should be appropriate for the occasion. Improve self-confident expression ability: cultivate students to think independently, organize the content of their speeches, and be able to effectively express and communicate in front of the public rationally and confidently. 2. Connotation of course (course content) The principle and importance of communication (the principle and importance of communication): Discuss the basic models, elements and obstacles of communication. Analyze the key characteristics of effective communication and use examples to emphasize its role in circulating knowledge and establishing common sense. A lecture with a sense tonight (a lecture with a structure): Content planning: How to determine the core purpose of the speech, analyze the needs of the audience, and filter the key information. Structure design: learn classical teaching methods of speeches (such as opening, topic statement, conclusion) to ensure that the logic is coordinated and clear. Material Assistance: How to use examples, data, stories and other elements to support the discussion point and increase convincingness. Exquisite expression: The Art of Concise Expression in Minutes: Key points: Training the ability to quickly enter the topic and improve the lead in a short period of time. Language Exquisite: Learn the vocabulary and sentence patterns that use simplicity, precision and influence the power of the tool. Language non-message: effective use of genitals, speed, pause, physical language and intellectual communication in short-term speech. Expert experience sharing (experienced by experts): Invite presenters from different professional backgrounds to share their important speeches prepared or experiences, challenges and experiences in the war that they communicate complex messages in a short period of time. Topic discussion: How to adjust the content and style of lectures to different listeners, how to use assistance effectively, how to handle the Q&A session, etc. War exercise and replies mechanism (instant application and replies): It provides multiple on-stage training opportunities, allowing students to actually apply the skills they have learned and give short lectures with themes.
