《莊子》一書乃先秦道家哲學之集大成者,其思想深遠地影響中國古代倫理、政治與人生觀之發展,亦對後世佛學、玄學乃至現代東亞思想形構產生深刻回響。本課程旨在透過哲學性的文本細讀與概念釐清,引導學生掌握《莊子》倫理思想之理論內涵與實踐意涵,並評估其對現代倫理學討論的可能貢獻與批判潛力。
課程核心問題包括但不限於:「《莊子》是否主張一種倫理理論?若是,其理論基礎為何?」「面對相對主義與價值多元,《莊子》如何提出回應?」「『無為』與『逍遙』是否為倫理行動的指引原則?」「在缺乏明確規範的前提下,行動的正當性如何獲得?」以及「莊子的語言觀與倫理觀之間有何關聯?」藉由上述問題的推進,學生不僅能培養批判閱讀《莊子》文本的能力,更將習得哲學性分析與倫理判準的訓練。
The book "Zangzi" is a masterpiece of the pre-Qin Taoist philosophy. Its thoughts have profoundly influenced the development of ancient Chinese ethics, politics and life view, and also had a profound response to the later Buddhism, mysticism and even modern Dongya thought structure. This course aims to guide students to master the theoretical connotation and practical implications of the ethical thought of "Zangzi", and evaluate their possible contributions and critical potential for modern ethical discussions.
The core questions of the course include but are not limited to: "Does "Zangzi" provoke a kind of ethical theory? If so, what is the theoretical basis?" "How does "Zangzi" respond to the relative meaning and value diversity?" "Does "Zangzi" respond to "Does "Yanzi"? Are "Yanzi" and "Xiaohao" the guiding principles for ethical actions?" "In How can the correctness of action be obtained under the premise of lack of clear rules? " and "What is the connection between Zhuangzi's linguistic view and ethical view?" Through the above questions, students can not only cultivate the ability to read the text of Zhuangzi, but also gain the training of philosophical analysis and ethical judgment.
