(一)主要教授保險法之沿革，介紹國內保險法之現有規定，保險界之運作方式，最高法院之實務見解，讓學生理論與實務並重。
(二)以最高法院最新的保險判決，了解目前之保險理賠實務

(1) Mainly teaches the evolution of insurance law, introduces the current provisions of domestic insurance laws, the operation of the insurance industry, and the practical insights of the Supreme Court, allowing students to pay equal attention to theory and practice.
(2) Understand the current insurance claims practice based on the latest insurance judgment of the Supreme Court

保險為分散危險、消化損失之制度，社會經濟之繁榮，個人幸福保障，莫不以保險為基礎。保險法則為保險制度之基石，因此保險法之研究與發展刻不容緩。本課程理論與實務並重，對保險法之失，亦提出改進之方案。使學生明瞭我國保險法之演變、立法主旨、各條款之涵養及其互相關係，並比較各國立法例，使學生能衡其異同與得失。

Insurance is a system that spreads risks and absorbs losses. Social and economic prosperity and personal happiness protection are all based on insurance. Insurance laws are the cornerstone of the insurance system, so the research and development of insurance laws is urgent. This course pays equal attention to theory and practice, and also proposes improvement plans for the shortcomings of insurance law. It enables students to understand the evolution of my country's insurance law, the legislative gist, the connotations of various clauses and their interrelationships, and to compare legislative examples from various countries so that students can weigh their similarities, differences, gains and losses.
