瞭解農產品採購在經營管理中所承擔的角色與功能;藉由介紹農產品特性、採購制度、作業流程、表單規劃,提供學生在未來產業經營所需之採購專業及態度。建立學生採購成本意識、方法和工具:如議價技巧、貨源搜尋、供應商評選以及價格與成本分析;並引導學生瞭解存貨管理系統之架構、流程以及存貨控制合理化,以提高農業經營整體供應鏈之優勢,增加其競爭力。Understand the role and functions of agricultural product purchase in operation management; provide students with the procurement profession and attitude required for future industrial operation by introducing agricultural product characteristics, procurement systems, business processes, and form planning. Establish students' purchasing cost awareness, methods and tools: such as pricing skills, source search, supplier evaluation, price and cost analysis; and guide students to understand the structure, process and rationalization of inventory management system, so as to improve the advantages of the overall supply chain of agricultural operations and increase their competitiveness.
