教育目標 Course Target
介紹主要的農產品分析項目,以實際產業應用為主。包括蔬果的成熟度、甜度、鮮度、農糧產品品質分析、營養成分分析、有害成分及農藥殘留分析。讓學生了解分析的原理並知曉可應用的儀器及設備。
Introduces the main agricultural product analysis projects, focusing on practical industrial applications. Including the maturity, sweetness, freshness of fruits and vegetables, quality analysis of agricultural and grain products, analysis of nutritional components, analysis of harmful ingredients and pesticide residues. Let students understand the principles of analysis and know the applicable instruments and equipment.
