教育目標 Course Target

引導學生了解園產品採後生理和處理範疇。訓練學生熟練園產品採後商品化基本技能與技術。強化學生具備園產品採後科技之專業與倫理及生態面之基本認知。了解園產品採後產業之市場及其在園藝產業之未來發展。
1.能瞭解品質概念。
2.能瞭解園產品成份和變化。
3.能瞭解園產品採後基本生理變化。
4.能瞭解影響品質之採前因素和採收。
5.能瞭解集貨場作業和貯藏技術。
6.能瞭解採後腐損原因和減少方法。

Guide students to understand the postharvest physiology and processing scope of garden products. Train students to become proficient in basic skills and techniques for post-harvest commercialization of garden products. Strengthen students' basic understanding of the professional, ethical and ecological aspects of post-harvest technology of agricultural products. Understand the market for post-harvest horticulture products and its future development in the horticulture industry.
1. Be able to understand the concept of quality.
2. Be able to understand the ingredients and changes of garden products.
3. Be able to understand the basic physiological changes of garden products after harvest.
4. Be able to understand the preharvest factors and harvesting that affect quality.
5. Be able to understand cargo yard operations and storage techniques.
6. Be able to understand the causes and reduction methods of post-harvest corrosion.
