教育目標 Course Target
引導學生了解園產品採後生理和處理範疇。訓練學生熟練園產品採後商品化基本技能與技術。強化學生具備園產品採後科技之專業與倫理及生態面之基本認知。了解園產品採後產業之市場及其在園藝產業之未來發展。
1.能瞭解品質概念。
2.能瞭解園產品成份和變化。
3.能瞭解園產品採後基本生理變化。
4.能瞭解影響品質之採前因素和採收。
5.能瞭解集貨場作業和貯藏技術。
6.能瞭解採後腐損原因和減少方法。
Instruct students to understand the physiology and treatment scope of garden products. Training students and mature garden products are basic skills and techniques for commercialization. Strengthen students to have basic understanding of the profession, ethics and ecological aspects of science and technology after garden products. Learn about the market of park product after-products and its future development in park art.
1. Be able to understand the quality concept.
2. Be able to understand the ingredients and changes of garden products.
3. Be able to understand the basic physiological changes after garden products are adopted.
4. Be able to understand the pre-adoption factors and acquisitions that affect quality.
5. Be able to understand the collection site operations and collection techniques.
6. Be able to understand the causes and methods of reducing post-administration corruption.
