教育目標 Course Target
本課程目的在培養嗜好作物、糖料作物、纖維作物、油用作物等之生產、改良人才。主要內容在敘述特用作物之意義、用途、成分、性狀、分類、品種、來源、分佈、適應、栽培、管理、收穫、調製、貯藏、改良、範圍及研究方法。
The purpose of this course is to cultivate production and improvement talents for fondness crops, sugar crops, fiber crops, oil crops, etc. The main contents are to describe the meaning, use, composition, character, classification, variety, source, distribution, adaptation, cultivation, management, harvesting, production, storage, improvement, scope and research methods of special crops.
