New Knowledge of Management and Operation
教育目標 Course Target
本課程藉由理論及國內外實務案例，介紹策略管理、升級轉型、行銷管理、組織管理、生產管理、品質管理、全球佈局、創新、創業等現今企業經常面臨的經營管理內容與重點，期藉由系列課程安排與討論，加強學生對於管理與經營實務的了解與應用能力，進而能進一步針對企業問題與經營環境變化提出對策。此外，本課程有別於其他經營管理課程之處，在於借用了經典作品《倫語與算盤》和《萬曆十五年》，以鑑古觀今方式做為管理與經營新知產生之嘗試。
This course introduces the content and key points of business management that are often encountered in today's enterprises through theory and domestic and foreign practical cases. Through theoretical and domestic and foreign practical cases, this course introduces the content and focus of business management that is often encountered by enterprises today, such as strategy management, upgrade transformation, marketing management, organizational management, production management, quality management, global layout, innovation, and innovation. Through a series of course arrangements and discussions, students' understanding and application capabilities of management and operation activities can be strengthened, and thus further propose solutions to enterprise problems and changes in operation environments. In addition, this course is different from other management courses, in the borrowing of classic works "Lenwen and Calculation" and "Fifteen Years of the Calendar" to try to manage and build new knowledge in the way of viewing the past.
