培育農業生產技術與管理技術之人才，以滿足產業發展之需求。著重理論與實際、技術與經濟，加強產業經濟、企業管理及系統技術面專業。本課程主要目的是讓學生瞭解何謂農業政策與農業輔導法規，農業政策制定的思維及輔導過程為何，以及產業發展過程之中農業政策與法規的變動，並瞭解政府利用農業政策進行產業相關的輔導，以培育現代化農業經營與技術之中堅人才，以擔任農業管理之實際工作。
