培育農業生產技術與管理技術之人才，以滿足產業發展之需求。著重理論與實際、技術與經濟，加強產業經濟、企業管理及系統技術面專業。本課程主要目的是讓學生瞭解何謂農業政策與農業輔導法規，農業政策制定的思維及輔導過程為何，以及產業發展過程之中農業政策與法規的變動，並瞭解政府利用農業政策進行產業相關的輔導，以培育現代化農業經營與技術之中堅人才，以擔任農業管理之實際工作。

The main purpose of this course is to allow students to understand what agricultural policies and agricultural guidance regulations are, the thinking and guidance process of agricultural policy formulation, and the changes in agricultural policies and regulations during the industrial development process, and to understand the government's use of agricultural policies to provide industry-related guidance, so as to cultivate key talents in modern agricultural management and technology to take on practical work in agricultural management.
