本課程之目標，係探討醫療法律制度之核心問題。本課程之內容，包含安寧緩和醫療條例、病人自主權利法、醫療法、醫師法、護理人員法、醫療事故預防及爭議處理法、傳染病防治法、藥事法、毒品危害防制條例與食品安全衛生管理法之醫事法律問題。
