本課程之目標，係探討醫療法律制度之核心問題。本課程之內容，包含安寧緩和醫療條例、病人自主權利法、醫療法、醫師法、護理人員法、醫療事故預防及爭議處理法、傳染病防治法、藥事法、毒品危害防制條例與食品安全衛生管理法之醫事法律問題。The goal of this course is to explore the core issues of the medical legal system. The contents of this course include the Anning and Medical Regulations, the Patient Autonomy Law, the Medical Law, the Medical Law, the Medical Law, the Medical Personnel Law, the Medical Accident Prevention and Dispute Treatment Law, the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law, the Drug Law, the Drug Hazard Prevention and Control Regulations and the Food Medical legal issues in the Safety and Hygiene Management Law.
