Commentary on Private Internation Law
教育目標 Course Target
本課程在於拓深修課學生國際私法之基礎知識，針對個案與專題進行延伸探討研究。研究生需具備基礎的國際私法知識，並對於實體法與程序法有一定程度的掌握。外文程度雖非本課程所關切之修課資格/能力，但對於案例的分析與個案論證過程的掌握必須具備一定基礎。本課程目標在於使修課學生清楚認識國際私法學於具體司法實務中之運作技巧，從而能夠具備對於涉外民事案件的深度分析能力，並學習如何就相關案例能夠進行獨立之分析與研究。
This course aims to deepen students' basic knowledge of private international law and conduct extended research on individual cases and topics. Graduate students need to have basic knowledge of private international law and a certain degree of mastery of substantive and procedural law. Although foreign language proficiency is not a qualification/ability that this course is concerned with, you must have a certain foundation in case analysis and mastery of the case argumentation process. The goal of this course is to enable students to clearly understand the operational skills of private international law in specific judicial practice, so that they can have in-depth analysis capabilities for foreign-related civil cases, and learn how to conduct independent analysis and research on relevant cases.
