教育目標 Course Target

藉由介紹台灣餐旅文化及觀光相關主題發展探討與機構參觀,讓學生得以深入的方式了解: 1. 餐旅業與觀光產業的範圍與本質 2. 餐旅與觀光對經濟、社會文化、環境與永續的影響 3. 餐旅與觀光資源利用的趨勢與主題 4. 餐旅與觀光活動的管理本課程藉由了解不同類型的住宿與餐旅服務,反映觀光多樣性的潮流,並將重心放在吸引觀光客。反映觀光多樣性的潮流,並將重心放在吸引觀光客、利潤與品質等問題上。而不同的觀光主題介紹,能讓學生能認識台灣觀光旅游發展的特色。上課規劃八個主題深入導覽台灣旅游環境,包括文化觀光 (Cultural Tourism)、節慶觀光 (Festival Tourism)、產業觀光 (Industry Tourism) 、都市觀光 (Urban Tourism) 、生態觀光(Ecotourism)、原住民觀光 (Indigenous Tourism) 、主題樂園與風景區 (Theme park and Scenic area) 、國家公園與保護區 (National park and Protected area)。以消費者的角度理解觀光客行為,企圖製造出利基產品。By introducing the development of Taiwan’s catering and tourism culture and tourism related topics and visiting institutions, students can gain an in-depth understanding of: 1. The scope and essence of restaurant, tourism and tourism industry 2. The impact of restaurants, tourism and tourism on economy, society and culture, environment and perpetuality 3. Trends and topics of catering and tourism resource utilization 4. Management of restaurant and tourism activities This course reflects the trend of diverse sights by understanding different types of accommodation and tourism services, and focuses on attracting visitors. The trend reflects the variety of sights and focuses on attracting visitors, profit and quality. Different tourist theme introductions can allow students to understand the characteristics of Taiwan's tourism development. The previous class planned eight themes to deeply explore Taiwan's tourism environment, including cultural tourism, festival tourism, industry tourism, urban tourism, ecological tourism, and indigenous people's tourism. (Indigenous Tourism), Theme park and Scenic area, National park and Protected area. Understand the behavior of viewers from the perspective of consumers and create niche products.
