近年來，氣候變遷與永續發展浪潮高漲，企業經營面臨新型態挑戰，創新被視為解決人類永續發展挑戰的關鍵。本課程將以環境問題與社會責任背景為基礎，讓學生瞭解與洞察永續發展的問題，培養學生在既有的經營思維基礎上能夠納入永續觀點，也了解社會責任報告書與近來備受重視的ESG準則。

本課程主要目的為協助學生了解永續發展、創新與營運間的因果關係，並介紹當前永續管理的主流思維，特別是淨零趨勢下的ESG與SDGs策略，探討政府、企業與非營利組織如何藉由創新邁向永續轉型，培養跨領域的永續思維與能力。

In recent years, the tide of climate change and sustainable development has surged, and business operations have faced new challenges. Innovation is regarded as the key to solving the challenges of sustainable development of mankind. This course will be based on the background of environmental issues and social responsibility, allowing students to understand and gain insight into issues of sustainable development, and train students to incorporate sustainable perspectives into their existing business thinking. They will also understand social responsibility reports and the ESG principles that have received much attention recently.

The main purpose of this course is to help students understand the causal relationship between sustainable development, innovation and operations, and to introduce the current mainstream thinking of sustainable management, especially the ESG and SDGs strategies under the net-zero trend, to explore how governments, enterprises and non-profit organizations can move toward sustainable transformation through innovation, and to cultivate cross-domain sustainable thinking and capabilities.
