教育目標 Course Target
社會福利政策關係到弱勢民眾及全體國民的福祉，以及個人的自由與安全。但政府要如何去訂定社會福利政策？誰是受益者？該提供的項目是什麼？保障的程度到哪裡？以及最終想要達到的效益是什麼？台灣的社會福利政策制度又有何特性呢？種種的問題，構成了本課程主要的授課內容。
Social welfare policies relate to the welfare of the weak and the entire population, as well as personal freedom and security. But how should the government set social welfare policies? Who is the beneficiary? What are the items that are provided? Where is the level of security? And what are the final benefits? What are the characteristics of Taiwan’s social welfare policy and system? Various problems constitute the main teaching content of this course.
