Research on Human Resource of Elderly
教育目標 Course Target
有鑑於高齡化社會的急遽來臨,高齡人力資源乃成為重要教育研究議題之一。本課程將檢視同樣面臨高齡化議題之國家,像是如何提升人力素質,並提供其二次就業或轉業機會,進而回顧國內相關研究及個案討論,希冀能提供政府及民間單位策略以有效促進高齡人力資源的活化與再利用。
As the rapid arrival of a highly aged society, high-altitude human resources have become one of the important educational research topics. This course will examine countries that are facing high-elimination issues, such as how to improve human quality, and provide their second employment or transfer opportunities, and then return to relevant domestic research and case discussions, hoping to provide government and private individual strategies to effectively promote the activation and reuse of high-elimination human resources.

課堂議題報告 Class Proposal Report |
30 | 學生報告為每個人輪流組織其報告相關文獻(事先將選定不同國家)。報告時間20-30分鐘,並準備2-3個問題供全班討論。報告主題應預先告知,並於報告前兩周將相關文獻上傳至moodle。報告內容電子檔需於報告前一天寄給教師以提供回饋。 |
感興趣之議題初探&期末報告 Preliminary study on the topic of interest & final report |
50 | 個人選定有興趣的教育議題,進行分析演練與報告。報告初探與期末報告投影片需於報告前一天(周三中午前)上傳至moodel供其他修課同學研讀及給予回饋。並於期末繳交修正之完整之書面報告,書面報告之長度以10-20頁為度,不包含參考書目或附錄。評分的標準包括報告內容及口頭報告問答之表現。 |
