教育目標 Course Target
社會工作督導之有效性影響第一線實務工作者之表現、案主接受服務之品質,以及社會福利機構之成效。在社會工作實務現場日趨多樣化之當下,無論是從事直接服務工作、社區實務乃至間接性工作,實務工作者會面臨不同層面之工作挑戰,包括人際關係、領導模式、實務技能、管理制度等,亦期待單位內部督導所提供之行政、教育與支持功能,可協助其適應職場環境,其中有時亦必須借助外部督導之協助。因此,提供有機會擔任督導工作者相關學理知能、實務技能以及倫理議題之思辨,為本課程之主要目標。
The effectiveness of social work supervision affects the performance of front-line practitioners, the quality of services received by clients, and the effectiveness of social welfare institutions. At a time when social work practice sites are becoming increasingly diversified, whether they are engaged in direct service work, community practice or even indirect work, practice workers will face work challenges at different levels, including interpersonal relationships, leadership models, practical skills, management systems, etc. They also expect the administrative, educational and support functions provided by the internal supervision of the unit to help them adapt to the workplace environment, and sometimes they must rely on the assistance of external supervision. Therefore, the main goal of this course is to provide students with the opportunity to serve as supervisors with relevant academic knowledge, practical skills, and thinking on ethical issues.
