社會工作督導之有效性影響第一線實務工作者之表現、案主接受服務之品質,以及社會福利機構之成效。在社會工作實務現場日趨多樣化之當下,無論是從事直接服務工作、社區實務乃至間接性工作,實務工作者會面臨不同層面之工作挑戰,包括人際關係、領導模式、實務技能、管理制度等,亦期待單位內部督導所提供之行政、教育與支持功能,可協助其適應職場環境,其中有時亦必須借助外部督導之協助。因此,提供有機會擔任督導工作者相關學理知能、實務技能以及倫理議題之思辨,為本課程之主要目標。The effectiveness of social work supervision affects the performance of first-line practical workers, the quality of clients receiving services, and the effectiveness of social welfare institutions. With the ever-changing trend of social work, whether it is direct service work, community practice and even indirect work, practical workers will face work challenges at different levels, including international relations, leadership models, practical skills, management systems, etc. We also look forward to the administrative, educational and support functions provided by the individual's internal supervision to help them adapt to the job environment, which sometimes must be assisted by external supervision. Therefore, providing opportunities to supervise workers to learn about theoretical knowledge, practical skills and ethics issues is the main goal of this course.
