本課程將介紹如何運用統計學等數量方法，檢視社會政治經濟文化相關資料，以瞭解及回答社會工作理論、政策及實務的相關議題。課程兼具理論與實做，除數量方法之介紹外，亦強調軟體操作及研究規劃。本課程希望修習本課程者，可以獲得下列三大項專業知識：（1）量化研究設計與執行；（2）計量方法能力；（3）計量方法軟體操作能力
This course will introduce how to use quantitative methods such as statistical studies to examine social, political, economic and cultural related information to understand and answer relevant questions about social work theory, policies and practices. The course is both theoretical and practical. In addition to introducing quantity and method, it also emphasizes software operations and research planning. In this course, those who want to study this course can obtain the following three professional knowledge: (1) Quantitative research design and execution; (2) Measurement method capabilities; (3) Measurement method software operation capabilities
