本課程係「社會福利政策研究」之進階安排,希望在前述基礎上,增進博班學生從事社會政策分析方法掌握、批判思考、論述分析能力,促使學習者能夠辨識、省察政策過程中所觸及諸如政治脈絡、政策目標、政策問題、政策工具等各面向中的重要議題。並成為反思社會工作者、社會工作專業價值、與在地脈絡。This course is an advanced arrangement of "Social Welfare Policy Research". We hope that on the basis of the above, we will enhance the ability of students in the patent class to master social policy analysis methods, critical thinking, and essay analysis, so that learners can identify and observe the policy process and These are important issues in various aspects such as political ties, policy goals, policy issues, policy tools, etc. And become a reflection on social workers, professional value and local connections.
社會政策是政府落實福國利民的基本框架,然而如果從「政策」的面向來說,政府的為與不為皆可視政策,
也因此,究竟那些「內容或策略」是政府表明欲為,那些是隱而未言,是本課程的第一個欲理解議題。
其次,本課接續想探討的是,在為與不為間的擇選理據與哲學基礎為何。最後,本課程想瞭解的是,
不同的選擇下所造成的實然與應然的後果及其影響為何。本課程期待透過,
政治的、社會的、歷史的及經濟的分析角度來理解,社會政策(特別臺灣)目前的特徵與挑戰,及未來可能的發展方向。
Social policy is the basic framework for the government to implement the benefit of the people. However, from the perspective of "policy", the government's behavior and non-conduct can be sensible.
Therefore, what exactly "content or strategies" are the government's desire to do, and what is inconspicuous and unspeakable is the first question of understanding of this course.
Secondly, what this class wants to explore is the basis of choice and philosophy between the perspective and the non-compliance. Finally, what I want to understand in this course is,
The actual and responsive consequences and their impacts are caused by different choices. This course is expected to be through.
From a political, social, historical and economic analysis perspective, the current characteristics and challenges of social policies (especially Taiwan), and possible future development directions.
