國際公法是全球化浪潮下以及國家間日常互動的核心基礎,也是其他多數國際法律制度的根本框架。無論是國家地位的界定、國際間武力使用的合法性,還是國際貿易爭端的仲裁機制,都與國際公法密不可分。
本課程將引導學生學習國際法的基本概念,包括國際法與國內法的法源差異、國際公法的基本性質及其在法律位階中的地位。課程還將涵蓋國家主權、領土管轄權及豁免權等內容,並討論國際組織的憲章、職責,以及國際人權法的核心規範。通過本課程,學生將能夠運用國際公法,批判性地分析全球化背景下國家之間的互動與行為。
International public law is the core foundation of daily interactions between countries under the wave of globalization and the country, and is also the fundamental framework of most other international legal systems. Whether it is the definition of national status, the legality of the use of international force, or the arbitration mechanism in international trade disputes, they are inseparable from international public law.
This course will guide students to learn the basic concepts of international law, including the differences in legal sources between international law and domestic law, the basic nature of international public law and its position in the legal ranks. The course will also cover national ownership, land control rights and exemptions, and discuss the constitutions, duties of international organizations, and the core regulations of international human rights law. Through this course, students will be able to use international public law to critically analyze the interactions and behaviors between countries in the context of globalization.
