This master-level integrated course aims to explore various dimensions of strategic management for global business leaders across organizations, industries, and countries. Major tools for strategic analysis are reviewed and applied in implementation of strategic planning for real-world cases. Students are intensively exposed to interactive class discussions and professional presentations in the context of global entrepreneurship.
