課程目標及內涵：本課程將討論在急速變遷的環境中，變與不變的元素如何影響願景勾畫。如何使用系統思考來因應，進而深究企業的規劃，財務策略與作業系統設計的模式。
Course objectives and connotations: This course will discuss how changing and unchanging elements affect the ticking of the scene in a rapidly changing environment. How to use the system to think about the reasons, and then delve into the corporate planning, financial strategy and operation system design models.
