設計思考與企業創新是一門跨領域的新興學門,其主要精神在運用科學方法分析,並以系統化的方式發展創新架構,以改善服務相關流程。在服務科學領域中,「服務設計」是一個非常重要的議題。本課程期望傳授「設計思考」的概念,讓修課學生能夠瞭解如何以一個系統化的方式,來進行企業創新。本課程將利用課堂講授、個案討論、及課堂演講等方式,傳達設計思考的基本概念,並透過專案實作的方式,深化修課同學在服務設計相關工具及方法之基礎,進而達到企業創新的目的。Design thinking and corporate innovation are a cross-regional new learning door.
