Based on the core perspectives and theoretical discussions of Crisis Management: Leading in the New Strategy Landscape, this course combines practical cases and simulation performances, and is committed to achieving the following goals:
1. Master the core theory and practice of crisis management
Through learning the entire process of crisis identification, prevention, coping and recovery, students will understand the key role of crisis management in organizational operations.
2. Strengthen crisis warning and risk assessment capabilities
Students will learn to analyze the sources of potential crisis, use risk assessment models, and master the methods and strategies for early warning of crisis.
3. Improve crisis communication and decision-making skills
Learn how to formulate key decisions in a pressure situation and coordinate internal and external communication, which should be the needs and pressure of multiple stakeholders.
4. Establish a global vision and cultural sensitivity
Understand the ways in which crises in different countries and cultural contexts should be consistent, and learn how to effectively collaborate and manage crises in an international environment.
