數位經濟下,企業的數位轉型勢在必行,隨著企業大多數的競爭對手不斷創新,而大多數的顧客與營運流程已經上線,企業必須思考如何數位創新與轉型以優化營運流程、增加客戶體驗、再造商業模式,否則將會徹底失去市場的競爭力。然而企業的數位轉型是一項巨大且困難的挑戰,特別是資源有限的中小企業,企業必須審慎而行。
企業數位轉型為數位創新與變革管理的結合,其焦點不在於引進新的數位科技而已,更重要的是因應數位經濟浪潮的重大衝擊,企業若要永續經營所必須進行的數位創新與變革。轉型代表變革,在數位時代,經理人如果想要發揮管理效能,就必須推動組織變革以因應數位轉型,過程中也需要培養人際或與人有關的技能。組織行為探討組織裡的個人、團體和結構對行為的影響,旨在應用研究所得的知識以改進組織效能。
本課程除了介紹數位轉型與變革管理的基本觀念與知識外,並要培養學生主動探索、團隊合作及創新思考的能力與態度,期能根據企業經營的目標,發展數位轉型與變革之策略方案,展開企業升級轉型之旅,提升企業在國際市場的競爭力。Under digital economy, digital transformation of enterprises is necessary.
