本課程主要在藉由多位藝術、音樂、生活專業教師的分享來介紹美學生活的各個層次，課程區分兩大區塊: 藝術美學及生活美學。藝術美學課程由音樂、藝術、建築等層面與學生分享引導學生進入藝術殿堂。另外生活美學部分則由餐飲界專業教師與學生分享咖啡、飲食、葡萄酒等與生活息息相關的事物，藉由品味了解生活的基礎事件來奠定學員品味生活的基礎美學。
