1. 課程目標
提升企業價值是每位管理者的首要責任。本課程將聚焦於企業在不同生命週期中面臨的挑戰,包括經營風險、投資策略、籌資方式、營運資金管理以及上市後配股配息等關鍵議題,並剖析其如何反映在市場對企業的評價中,以幫助企業管理者形成清晰的價值創造思維,並將其落實於經營實務,最終推動企業價值的持續增長。課程將協助同學掌握如何有效籌集與運用資金,透過利潤再投資與資源的最佳配置,實現企業價值的創造。
2. 課程內容
課程將探討企業如何透過融資選擇一個對公司最有利的投資計畫,包含在自有資金與銀行貸款間取得最有利的比例,確保資金運用的效率與投資收益最大化。同時,本課程將教授一套非常實用的投資評估架構,不論是製造業或服務業都適用,幫助同學識別投資風險,規劃高效的執行策略,並增強投資成功的機率。透過這套框架,企業主管能建立共識,從容應對複雜的投資決策。
3. 課程特色
本課程將結合理論與實務,針對投資、融資、營運與併購等財務決策,從整個公司的層次,介紹公司價值的產生與價值創造的管理,利潤思維與價值思維之差異。以及如何使公司形成創造價值的文化,公司如何透過價值理念從事績效管理。並透過完整投資評估架構介紹、實例演練,瞭解實質投資背後的風險及尋找增加投資價值的策略。最後深入討論影響與驅動企業價值之財務因子,以及企業價值的評估。本課程亦結合經典財金案例與時事之介紹與討論,期能讓課程參與者提升並深化對於價值創造管理的能力與應用。

1. Course objectives
Improving corporate value is the primary responsibility of every manager. This course will focus on the challenges faced by enterprises in different life cycles, including key issues such as operating risks, investment strategies, financing methods, working capital management, and post-IPO allotment and dividends, and analyze how these are reflected in the market's evaluation of enterprises to help corporate managers form a clear value creation thinking and implement it in business practices, ultimately promoting the continued growth of corporate value. The course will help students master how to effectively raise and use funds, and achieve corporate value creation through profit reinvestment and optimal allocation of resources.
2. Course content
The course will explore how companies can choose an investment plan that is most beneficial to the company through financing, including obtaining the most favorable ratio between own funds and bank loans, ensuring the efficiency of capital use and maximizing investment returns. At the same time, this course will teach a very practical investment evaluation framework, applicable to both manufacturing and service industries, to help students identify investment risks, plan efficient execution strategies, and enhance the probability of investment success. Through this framework, business executives can build consensus and calmly handle complex investment decisions.
3. Course features
This course will combine theory and practice, focusing on financial decisions such as investment, financing, operations and mergers and acquisitions, and introduce the generation of company value and value creation management from the entire company level, as well as the difference between profit thinking and value thinking. And how to form a value-creating culture in the company, and how the company engages in performance management through value concepts. Through the introduction of the complete investment evaluation framework and practical examples, you can understand the risks behind real investments and find strategies to increase investment value. Finally, the financial factors that influence and drive corporate value are discussed in depth, as well as the evaluation of corporate value. This course also combines the introduction and discussion of classic financial cases and current affairs, hoping to enable course participants to improve and deepen their abilities and applications in value creation management.
