企業策略與資源整合這門課主要在研討策略管理之核心議題及實務應用，透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入，探討企業策略與資源整合之規劃實施及評估控制，引導同學們思考高階主管所面臨到公司層級的經營管理問題，提供管理者建置與應用策略管理之有效學習。

企業策略與資源整合(三)為整體課程第三部分，將程聚焦在探討企業成長策略之三個核心議題-垂直整合、多角化與併購，上述三大主題是企業面臨成長時最常面臨的重大策略性選擇。
在課程中，我們對三個議題皆有基本理論的介紹與引導，接著會進一步安排個案討論，以及垂直整合、多角化在實務上如何操作的討論。
透過本課程，同學們將能進一步理解企業面對成長的策略思維，深入的分析各種不同成長模式的優缺點，並有系統的逐步建立對於企業總體策略的思考架構。

The course "Enterprise Strategy and Resource Integration" mainly discusses the core issues and practical applications of strategic management. Through the review of theoretical framework and the introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of enterprise strategy and resource integration. It guides students to think about the business management issues faced by senior managers at the company level, and provides effective learning for managers to establish and apply strategic management.

Corporate Strategy and Resource Integration (3) is the third part of the overall course. It focuses on the three core topics of corporate growth strategies - vertical integration, diversification and mergers and acquisitions. The above three major themes are the most common major strategic choices faced by companies when they face growth.
In the course, we will introduce and guide the basic theory of each of the three topics, and then further arrange case discussions, as well as discussions on how vertical integration and diversification are implemented in practice.
Through this course, students will be able to further understand the strategic thinking of enterprises facing growth, conduct an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various growth models, and systematically and gradually establish a thinking structure for the overall strategy of the enterprise.
