企業策略與資源整合這門課主要在研討策略管理之核心議題及實務應用,透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入,探討企業策略與資源整合之規劃實施及評估控制,引導同學們思考高階主管所面臨到公司層級的經營管理問題,提供管理者建置與應用策略管理之有效學習。
企業策略與資源整合(三)為整體課程第三部分,將程聚焦在探討企業成長策略之三個核心議題-垂直整合、多角化與併購,上述三大主題是企業面臨成長時最常面臨的重大策略性選擇。
在課程中,我們對三個議題皆有基本理論的介紹與引導,接著會進一步安排個案討論,以及垂直整合、多角化在實務上如何操作的討論。
透過本課程,同學們將能進一步理解企業面對成長的策略思維,深入的分析各種不同成長模式的優缺點,並有系統的逐步建立對於企業總體策略的思考架構。
The course on enterprise strategy and resource integration is mainly discussed in the core issues and practical applications of strategy management. Through theoretical structure replication and introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning implementation and evaluation control of enterprise strategy and resource integration, and guides students to think about senior executive offices. Facing corporate-level business management problems, we provide effective learning of manager establishment and application strategy management.
Enterprise strategy and resource integration (III) is the third part of the overall course, focusing on exploring the three core topics of enterprise growth strategies - vertical integration, diversification and merger. The above three topics are the most common encounters when enterprises grow. Major strategic choices.
During the course, we introduced and guided the basic theories of the three issues, and then we will further arrange a case discussion and discuss how to operate vertically and diversify in practice.
Through this course, students will be able to further understand the strategic thinking of enterprises for growth, deeply analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various growth models, and systematically establish a thinking structure for overall enterprise strategies.
