企業策略與資源整合這門課程主要在研討策略管理之核心議題及實務應用,透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入,探討企業策略與資源整合之規劃實施及評估控制,引導同學們思考高階主管所面臨到公司層級的經營管理問題,提供管理者建置與應用策略管理之有效學習。
企業策略與資源整合(二)聚焦在事業層級策略的分析與創新商業模式,以及科技創新對企業策略的影響。
在課程中,我們對上述議題皆有基本理論的介紹與引導,接著會進一步安排個案討論。
透過本課程,同學們將能進一步理解企業面對成長的策略思維,並逐步建立對於企業策略的系統性思考架構。
The course on enterprise strategy and resource integration is mainly discussed in the core issues and practical applications of strategy management. Through theoretical structure replication and introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning implementation and evaluation control of enterprise strategy and resource integration, and guides students to think about senior executive offices. Facing corporate-level business management problems, we provide effective learning of manager establishment and application strategy management.
Integration of enterprise strategies and resources (II) Focus on the analysis of business-level strategies and innovative business models, as well as the impact of technological innovation on enterprise strategies.
During the course, we have introduced and guided the basic theories on the above issues, and then we will further arrange a case discussion.
Through this course, students will be able to further understand the strategic thinking of enterprises for growth and gradually establish a systematic thinking structure for enterprise strategies.
