Family Businesses –Succession and Prosperity
教育目標 Course Target
本課程從台灣接班傳承的整體性架構，即本業接班及文化延續的觀點下，解析家族企業傳承與興業的關鍵成功要素 (CSFs)，循序漸進，闡述接班人進行接班時必須具備的關鍵能力。
佐以實際案例為討論個案，讓學生充分瞭解家族企業進行傳承接班時，兩代領導人的因應之道，為未來的家族企業創新規劃做好準備，並建立以新策略為核心的組織。
This course analyzes the critical success factors (CSFs) of family business succession and development from the perspective of Taiwan's overall framework of succession, that is, industry succession and cultural continuation, and explains step by step the key capabilities that successors must possess when taking over.
Practical cases are used as discussion cases to allow students to fully understand how two generations of leaders respond when a family business is passed on, prepare for future family business innovation planning, and establish an organization with new strategies as the core.
