本課程從台灣接班傳承的整體性架構,即本業接班及文化延續的觀點下,解析家族企業傳承與興業的關鍵成功要素 (CSFs),循序漸進,闡述接班人進行接班時必須具備的關鍵能力。
佐以實際案例為討論個案,讓學生充分瞭解家族企業進行傳承接班時,兩代領導人的因應之道,為未來的家族企業創新規劃做好準備,並建立以新策略為核心的組織。
This course analyzes the key success factors (CSFs) of family business inheritance and excitement from the overall structure of Taiwan's succession, namely the overall structure of succession and cultural extension, and analyzes the key abilities that successors must have when taking over.
Use actual cases as a discussion case to fully understand the reasons for the two generations of leaders when the family business is in charge, prepare for future family business innovation plans, and establish a new strategy as the core organization.
