本課程將分享台中榮總組織變革個案實務經驗。
1.說明為何虛實整合系統應用是數位時代的主要潮流。
2.用中榮媒體行銷變革、智慧勤務傳送系統、智慧停車場等個案如何改變原有企業作業模式及優勢。
3.運用上述三個個案執行後的成敗，說明組織慣性與組織變革衝突原因，及後續因應策略。

This course will share experience in Taichung General Fortune’s transformation case.
1. Explain why virtually integrated system applications are the main trend in the digital era.
2. How to change the original corporate operation model and advantages using China Merchants Media Marketing Change, Smart Diligent Transmission System, Smart Parking Site and other cases.
3. Use the above three cases to execute the failures, explain the causes of organizational habits and organizational changes, and the subsequent causal strategies.
