Organizational Inertia and Digital Transformation

教育目標 Course Target

本課程將分享台中榮總組織變革個案實務經驗。
1.說明為何虛實整合系統應用是數位時代的主要潮流。
2.用中榮媒體行銷變革、智慧勤務傳送系統、智慧停車場等個案如何改變原有企業作業模式及優勢。
3.運用上述三個個案執行後的成敗，說明組織慣性與組織變革衝突原因，及後續因應策略。
上課時間：【週三14-17點】3/12、3/19、3/26

This course will share the practical experience of Taichung Wing General Organizational Reform Cases.
1. Explain why the application of virtual and real integrated systems is the main trend in the digital era.
2. How to use ZRP media marketing reform, smart service delivery system, smart parking lot and other cases to change the original business model and advantages.
3. Use the success or failure of the above three cases to explain the reasons for the conflict between organizational inertia and organizational change, as well as subsequent response strategies.
