教育目標 Course Target

本課程將分享企業如何找出品牌定位及策略推進。 企業經營如車輛行駛於斜坡上,不進必退。如何在險峻環境中找到企業定位及導出策略課題,引導團隊突圍前進,為企業經營必須面對重要課題。「成功」非贏在起點,關鍵在於面對逆境的決策對應,並在不斷累積經驗後,形成一個問題解決的系統推進方法,再使其內化至員工的日常工作中。This course will share how companies find out brand positioning and strategy promotion. Enterprises are like driving on a slope, and they will retreat if they do not move forward. How to find enterprise positioning and introduce strategic topics in a harsh environment, guide the team to advance in a sudden environment, and face important topics for enterprise operations. "Success" is not the starting point, but the key is to face the decision-making response to adversity. After continuous accumulation of experience, a systematic advancement method for problem solving is formed, and then internalized into the employees' daily work.
