教育目標 Course Target
透過「以人為本」的理念，發展學員潛能為核心的領導風格。教導學員「教練」技巧和手法，運用在領導團隊和管理組織的實務上。以六堂課的時間同時將企業運作的組織營運和管理觀念和工具帶入到課程中，並運用教練實務案例探討，幫助學員正確了解組織管理的重點和方法、以及深化其管理和領導能力。
進而促進團隊協作、激勵並發展員工、形塑優質的企業文化、強化組織變革和創新的可能性，最終達到組織的個人、團隊得以與企業一起成長，而企業能妥善建立「人才資本」達到經營效益。
Through the concept of "people-oriented", we develop a leadership style that focuses on students' potential. Teach students "coaching" skills and techniques and apply them in the practice of leading teams and managing organizations. The organizational, operational and management concepts and tools of business operations are introduced into the course in six classes at the same time, and coaching practice cases are used to discuss, to help students correctly understand the key points and methods of organizational management, and to deepen their management and leadership abilities.
It then promotes teamwork, motivates and develops employees, creates a high-quality corporate culture, and strengthens the possibility of organizational change and innovation. Ultimately, individuals and teams in the organization can grow together with the company, and the company can properly build "talent capital" to achieve operational benefits.
