教育目標 Course Target
隨著全球經濟環境的快速變化，數位化浪潮、消費者需求升級及市場競爭的激化，使得企業轉型成為企業存續與成長的關鍵課題。特別是中小企業在轉型過程中，往往因資源有限、策略不明或執行不力而面臨挑戰。本課程以實務導向為主，結合國際案例與本地實情，幫助中小企業主及高階主管運用AI工具如ChatGTP掌握轉型所需的關鍵技能與策略，提升競爭力。
With the rapid changes in the global economic environment, the wave of digitalization, the upgrade of consumer demand and the intensification of market competition have made corporate transformation a key topic for enterprise survival and growth. Especially in the transformation process, small and medium-sized enterprises often face challenges due to limited resources, unclear strategies or poor execution. This course is based on practical guidance, combining international cases and local situations, helps small and medium-sized enterprise owners and senior executives to use AI tools such as ChatGTP to master the key skills and strategies required for transformation and improve competition.
