Practice In Business Management
教育目標 Course Target
本課程規劃設計之目的旨在幫助同學瞭解台灣目前製造業及服務業的產業環境與經營管理挑戰，透過課堂講解及所授課的知名企業主，現身說法，瞭解當前台灣不同各產業環境下，企業經營的特色，認識不同產業經營管理的最佳實務，創新經營管理模式，以及企業經營者如何思考問題、做決策，並從企業實際經營管理的運作中去發現問題、診斷問題、解決問題等思考。
The purpose of this course planning and design is to help students understand the current industrial environment and management challenges of Taiwan's manufacturing and service industries. Through classroom explanations and the personal experiences of well-known business owners who teach, they can understand the current business environment of Taiwan's different industries. Characteristics of operations, understanding the best practices of operation and management in different industries, innovating operation and management models, and how business operators think about problems and make decisions, as well as discover, diagnose and solve problems from the actual operation of the enterprise.
