4. 具備蒐集與分析個案公司財務報表的能力。本課程包括強化企業財務資訊蒐集與分析之能力，並依據企業評價理論架構瞭解財務報表分析與企業評價過程。最後，將其應用於實際個案研討。企業評價理論架構的順序將依序介紹：產業分析、會計分析、財務分析以及預測及評價。學生藉由分析架構與個案研討，將企業評價應用於資本市價、購併等活動，可一窺財務報表資訊之用途與資本市場之關聯。

4. Have the ability to collect and analyze financial reports of companies in a case-based company. This course includes strengthening the ability to collect and analyze corporate financial information, and understanding the financial report analysis and corporate evaluation process based on the corporate evaluation theory structure. Finally, it is applied to actual case studies. The order of enterprise evaluation theory structure will be introduced in sequence: industry analysis, accounting analysis, financial analysis, prediction and evaluation. Students can use corporate evaluations to activities such as capital markets, purchases, etc. through analytical structures and case studies, and can relate to the capital market.
