教育目標 Course Target
供應鏈管理目標是整合一個企業與外部參與者的流程，以達到調配市場需求與供給之間的最佳資源分配，本課程探討供應鏈策略面的規劃，包含供應鏈風險分析、生產規劃、永續政策等，並藉由企業模擬軟體讓同學直接體驗各項供應鏈決策組合對供應鏈整體產出與成本的影響。
The goal of supply chain management is to integrate a process between an enterprise and external participants to achieve the best resource allocation between market demand and supply. This course explores the planning of supply chain strategy, including supply chain risk analysis, production planning, sustained policies, etc., and allows students to directly experience the impact of each supply chain decision combination on the overall supply chain production and cost.

本課程重於供應鏈基本觀念與理論的介紹，包含採購、物流、作業管理、存貨管理、生產規劃與企業資訊系統。
This course focuses on introducing basic concepts and theoretical discussions of supply chains, including procurement, logistics, operation management, inventory management, production planning and enterprise information systems.
