教育目標 Course Target
本課程期望學生學習，面對環境變化下，組織設計與領導之主要課題及實務應用，包含建立內外部連結，並介紹工作型態轉變之趨勢，透過理論架構及領導案例的導入，提供管理者提昇領導能力之有效學習。
This course expects students to learn the main topics and practical applications of organizational design and leadership in the face of environmental changes, including establishing internal and external connections, and introducing the trend of changing work patterns. Through the introduction of theoretical frameworks and leadership cases, it provides effective learning for managers to improve their leadership capabilities.
