教育目標 Course Target

面對當前高度變動環境,無論是全球化、數位化甚至後疫情時代的挑戰,創新與轉型都是企業必須重視的核心議題。

要具備創新轉型能力需要跨功能、跨領域整合,也必須融會理論與實務知識。

本課程在主題設計上可幫助同學快速掌握創新轉型與個案研討所需知識,所選定的個案教材兼具創新性與實務性,也有助於同學們掌握最新管理議題與經營實務。

In the face of the current highly changing environment, whether it is the challenges of globalization, digitalization or even the post-epidemic era, innovation and transformation are core issues that companies must pay attention to.

To have the capability of innovation and transformation requires cross-functional and cross-domain integration, as well as the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge.

The theme design of this course can help students quickly master the knowledge required for innovative transformation and case studies. The selected case teaching materials are both innovative and practical, and will also help students master the latest management issues and business practices.
