本課程在主題設計上可幫助同學快速掌握創新轉型與個案研討所需知識,所選定的個案教材兼具創新性與實務性,也有助於同學們掌握最新管理議題與經營實務。
Faced with the current highly changing environment, whether it is a challenge in the globalization, digitalization or even the post-epidemic era, innovation and transformation are core issues that enterprises must pay attention to.
To have innovative transformation capabilities, cross-functional and cross-domain integration is required, and theoretical discussions and practical knowledge must be integrated.
