本課程將目前電子工業所使用材料之作一介紹後再進入元件之特性介紹。介紹了奈米電子材料的製備方法、功能特性、應用開發等知識,並結合微電子技術的發展,討論了奈米電子器件的基本原理和設計方法。包括奈米導、陶瓷、磁性、半導體、光電材料和單電子元件等。This course will introduce the materials currently used in electronics industry and then introduce the characteristics of the components. The knowledge of nanoelectronic materials preparation methods, functional characteristics, application development, etc. is introduced, and combined with the development of microelectronic technology, the basic principles and design methods of nanoelectronic devices are discussed. Including nanoconductors, ceramics, magnetics, semiconductors, optical materials and single electronic components.
